Warehouse Supervisor

Do you have exceptional team management skills and experience of supervising and leading a warehouse team as a Warehouse Supervisor? You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management and be able to deputise for the Director of Operations.
Job duties of the Warehouse Supervisor are:
* Day to day planning, supervision, coaching and leadership of warehouse team
* Arrange cover to ensure all warehouse duties are undertaken
* Enforce safety standards and procedures
* Maintain high productivity and high-quality outputs
* Recruit, train and manage warehouse employees
* Ensure all periodic essential maintenance of the site and equipment is carried out
Skills and experience required for the Warehouse Supervisor are:
* Team management and leadership experience
* Decision making / problem solving
* Conflict resolution and HR skills
* Managing Safely qualified
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Current Reach Truck and Counterbalance Truck certified
You should be physically fit as the Warehouse Supervisor role can be ‘hands on’ also able to drive a car and van. Will need to be keyholder and on alarm call out list.
