We're thrilled to be working with an exceptional all-through Special School (SEN School) near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, in their search for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support their students with Autism. Catering to both Primary and Secondary aged learners, our partner school is renowned for its commitment to providing tailored support for individuals with Autism in the Borehamwood area.
Position: Early Careers Teacher
Location: Near Borehamwood
Salary: £120-£180 per day
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN.

Implement personalized learning strategies and interventions to support student progress and development.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to students to monitor their academic and personal growth.

Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and partnership in supporting students' needs.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Passion for working with students with special educational needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
