Site Agent – Central Belt - Up to £55k DOE + Package

First Task Professional are delighted to be partnering with a key client who are a respected Tier 1 Contractor that are looking to bolster their Civil Engineering division for works across multiple divisions of the business with a current particular focus on power.


They have excellent career progression and are in an enviable position with massive %YoY growth and multiple streams of long term work.


The role:

  • Manage, monitor, and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts.
  • Take responsibility for activities or sections of civil engineering projects.
  • Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors.


Requirements:

  • Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets.
  • A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification.
  • A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker.
  • The ability to read technical drawings and information.
