This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.nKEY RESPONSIBILITIESn· Assist the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the soft services department - security, cleaning and waste management and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.n· Supervise a team of soft services staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performancen· Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to understand their requirements and develop customized facility solutionsn· Monitor service delivery and conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsn· Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing, ensuring profitability and client satisfactionn· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and clientsn· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvementn· The primary focus is to assist in managing the operational day to day performance/standard as well and implementation & continuous review of strategy & processes across the services.n· To assist in managing, overseeing the efficient & effective operation of the Security & Cleaning services within the contract, maintaining agreed contractual specification standards, ‘Service Level Agreements' & ‘Key Performance Indictors' To enhance the customer experience & reputation of the client organisation & ABM. To ensure team members are motivated, skilled, trained, supervised & supported to deliver exceptional operational & customer service standards at all times whilst complying with all Client's & Company's policies, procedures, relevant regulations & legislationn· To ensure the contract is manned to agreed levels at all times, as instructed by the clientn· To assist in the recruitment process by keeping up to date records of staffing requirements and interview as requiredn· Conduct annual appraisals of the team members in line with company policies and encourage further development of the teamsn· Ensuring that all staff are site and job trained and have read, understood and signed the Assignment Instructions, which are always up to date.n· Conduct, take detailed notes on any issues of a disciplinary/ capability nature, ensuring the company procedures are carried out regarding any disciplinary and appeal interviews. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEnHolder of the SIA DS/CCTV licencenProven experience in facilities services or a similar role, with a focus on soft servicesnStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersnSound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirementsnProficient in IT and using different software and toolsnAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentnExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
