We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious English Teacher who has previously been Head of Department or looking for that next step up as HOD.
The post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the subject area, raising standards of student attainment, managing, and deploying staff across the department and ensuring that there is a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum.
We have recently been graded as a Good Secondary School, meaning that we utilise effective leadership as well as the development of strategies and opportunities to support our students on their journey towards success. This is done by valuing and embracing the skills, knowledge, and experience to all our staff.
We provide a rich curriculum, as well as a safe environment for our students to develop the skills and attitudes essential for further study and employment. Our modern and well equipped learning environment provides a stimulating environment with excelling learning resources and technology for our students.
