Position: Behavior Support Assistant
Location: Eltham, Greenwich - South East London
Salary: £85-£95 per day
* Monday to Friday
* Long-term, full-time

At this Secondary SEMH school, they are dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. As a Behavior Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our students, helping them overcome challenges, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do as a behaviour support assistant:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behavior plans.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Encourage and model positive behavior, helping students develop social and emotional skills.
* Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
