We're seeking a Development Coach to deliver Health and Social Care qualifications to learners, blending face-to-face and online instruction.
Your responsibilities will span teaching, tracking progress, promoting upskilling, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Essential qualifications include Teaching and Assessor certifications, Functional Skills in Maths and English (Level 2), and previous experience in Health and Social Care training. Strong communication, IT, and time management skills are a must, along with a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivering apprenticeships and diplomas promptly, while maintaining high levels of learner satisfaction, retention, and success.
Championing the development of Maths, English, and digital skills among learners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Providing engaging teaching and learning experiences across a range of Adult Care apprenticeships and diplomas, catering to learners of mixed abilities.
Creating comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, tailored to organizational and awarding body standards.
Monitoring and recording on and off-the-job training to demonstrate learner progress effectively.
Conducting regular progress reviews with learners and employers, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
Contributing to the preparation for external quality assurance and inspections, always maintaining excellence.
Assisting the Compliance Officer with Health and Safety pre-vetting reports and updates on employer premises.

Teaching Qualification
Assessor Qualification
.Functional Skills in Math's and English at level 2 or equivalent.
Proven experience delivering Health and Social Care courses, with a track record of achieving exceptional results.
Adapt at supporting learners aged 16+ with positive outcomes, fostering an environment conducive to growth and success.
Excellent IT skills to navigate our digital learning environment seamlessly.
Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel.
