Our client are looking for an expert in Nuclear Waste management to run several decommissioning projects on a site in Dorset. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to manage the process of one of the industries most exciting projects. Working with several parties, offering cutting edge technology and new ideas. You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the waste management.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, working around 3 days a week on site, with every other Friday off. The role offers opportunities for people to relocate to the area with an excellent benefit package including 10% quarterly bonus, Pension, Death in Service and Flexible benefits.
The salary range is £60,000 to £65,000.
You must be Security Cleared or able to gain security clearance for this role. This means you must hold a UK Passport amongst other things. Any doubt, please check the .gov website about Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
·Closely interact with the Head of PM, Head of Technology and senior PM's to meet requirements.
·Manage several projects on site and be involved from Concept through to Design and then Decom.
·Manage procedures and internal management systems, ensuring the project is financially secure.
·Ensure the team has the right resource and work with line managers to achieve this.
·Identify and manage project risks.
·Work to client and company budget and time line.
·Work with KPI's.
·Work closely with the sales, commercial and human resources teams.
Requirements:
·Technical Radioactive decommissioning experience
·Experience of leading
·Nuclear experience
·Degree Qualified or equivalent
·MS Office experience
·Hands on experience
·Ability to influence teams
·Good verbal and written communication
