Warehouse & Operations Supervisor

Due to growth here at Restore, we have an exciting and permanent opportunity for someone who is looking for not just “a job” but a career as an Warehouse and Operations Supervisor at our brand new site in Wallingford on the outskirts of Oxford.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all aspects of the day to day running of the operations are carried out safely and efficiently, in line with Restore company procedures. As the Warehouse and Operations Supervisor, you will need to be able to understand teams and clients needs and respond to them pro-actively, positively and extremely quickly.
This covers an area of operations in Oxford and neighbouring counties and is an extremely customer-focused role as the business prides itself on its customer service and responsiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for diary management & daily operations in Oxfordshire & neighbouring counties
* Oversees daily warehouse activities
* Deliver client needs and respond to them pro-actively, positively and extremely quickly
* Nurturing, supporting and mentoring other colleagues
* Operational delivery & supervision as required
* Work closely with the rest of the Operations department to close the loop and support one another
* Lead as a the ‘Number 2’ and be natural successor to the Head of Relocation Services
ABOUT YOU
* Operations relocations/diary management experience
* Warehouse Management experience
* Counter Balance & Reach Truck licence capabilities
* Able to deliver a high quality 'white glove service' on behalf of a prestigious client base
* Front-foot & hands-on leadership style - this role is very much a hands-on & full-on supervisory role
* Able to liaise from shop-floor to Board level
* Someone who wants to play an integral part in building/growing a strong operation
* Motivated by a challenging role
