Providing excellent customer service to our residentsRequirements
Achieve appraisal targets, service outcomes and outputs as agreed with your line manager
Experienced in dealing with complaints relating to Temporary Accommodation
Ability to work as a first point of contact for service users
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to liaise effectively with a number of internal and external agenciesContract 
Initial 6 to 12 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
