Are you passionate about developing talent and enhancing technical skills? The Openwork Partnership is looking for a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our Openwork Business School (OBS) team. In this role, you'll support the Technical Development Manager in designing and delivering cutting-edge technical training programs, helping to shape the future of financial advicenprofessionals across the UK.

Role and Responsibilities:

Design and Delivery:

Create and deliver high-quality technical courses and programs aligned with Openwork Business School standards.nOnboarding Support:

Facilitate the technical upskilling of new Advisers, Paraplanners, Administrators, and Colleagues.nSkills Integration:

Incorporate additional skills training within technical courses and workshops.nContinuous Improvement:

Contribute to the enhancement of training methods and materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the Partnership.nCollaboration:

Work closely with Partner Firms, OBS Programme Directors, Learning & Development Business Partner, and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful training.nCommunication:

Manage OBS communications, including intranet bulletins and newsletters, to keep employees informed about training opportunities.nEvaluation:

Conduct follow-up studies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (ideally working towards chartered)nExperience in training or Learning & Development.nExtensive understanding of learning and development in a Professional Services environment.
