Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to run the service department in this prestige Main Dealer setting. This demanding role will require a candidate with the drive and ambition to push forward a Dealership with a team of 36 to manage across a thriving parts department, and service department as well as a smart repair facility. Responsibilities
* Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
* Wort to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
* Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
* Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
* Experience in the role of running an aftersales department
* Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring aftersales team members
* Ability to oversee parts and service department duties
* A stable work history
Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary £60,000k
* Generous bonus scheme – OTE £80,000
* Standard motor trade hours
