We are an esteemed education recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated and organised admin to join our team for a client school in Torfaen. This is a special opportunity to join a school which is on the verge of an exciting period in its history, and play a vital role within an enthusiastic team of staff who are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of learning and teaching and the achievement of learners.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in Welsh extremely desirable
Experience in SIMS, schools, or finance is highly desirable.
Experience of using SIMS
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Willingness to apply for a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Familiarity with the education sector and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
Provide administrative support to school staff.
Utilize SIMS for data entry and management.
Assist with basic financial tasks as needed.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
