The Role:

We're delighted to have partnered with an industry-leading powerhouse at the top of their field within the broadcast, media & audio sectors.

The organisation are able to call upon almost two decades of experience providing a wide range of services, building high-quality and reliable test & measurement solutions.

They are seeking self-motivated and passionate Hardware Engineers with an interest and dedication in learning and innovation within emerging technologies.

As a Hardware Engineer, you will need a solid background in designing and developing quality solutions for embedded platforms with sound analytical and technical abilities, delivering results in a fast paced environment. The opportunity offers the chance to work with a well-rounded team of Hardware, FPGA & Software Engineers to design new progressive hardware using FPGAs & CPUs.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:nStrong degree or equivalent/relevant professional experience.n5+ years' of hardware development experience with prior experience of successful delivery through design, validation & release processes.nExperience with high speed digital board level circuit design. (Analogue knowledge & experience is desirable).nSchematic entry & PCB layout design.

Preferred/Desirable Qualifications:nOrCAD, PADS/Allegro Schematic & PCB Design Tools.nKnowledge of high speed interfaces - DDR4 / PCI Express / DisplayPort / USB / Ethernet.nExperience with broadcast industry interfaces - SDI / AES / MADI.nProficiency with SI Modelling / EMC & Safety Testing.

Permanent / Full-Time Employment.nHybrid working environment (2 / 3 days' in the office).
