They are looking for someone who will join them in growing their portfolio and who has the same goals. The successful candidate will manage the civil and structural engineering design on a variety of projects up to £50 million in value.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Hold a BEng/MEng qualification and have a minimum of 9 years' post graduate experience
Be chartered or working towards your chartership status through IStructE or ICE
Have design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry
Have a full driving licence and own transport
You will need to be proficient in relevant engineering design software and have excellent communication skills, to confidently manage numerous projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines whilst managing a team of engineers and technicians accordingly. You will need to represent the company's high standard, both at meetings (with clients, consultants and contractors) but also including when writing reports and project documentation. They are looking for someone who can build and maintain great working relationships at all levels with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
