QA Manager
The QA Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Ensuring health and foods safety along with legal compliance and GMP standards are adhered too. Leading and motivating the QA team.
Ensuring HACCP Requirements are implemented and maintained.
Maintain and review audit systems to ensure product safety, legality and quality are in place
Deputising for the Technical Manager when required
Generating KPI information communicating these across to the correct members of SLTQA Manager
The QA Manager will require the following experience:
Food safety qualification (HACCP, Food safety, other relevant qualifications)
Must have experience working in a chilled food environment (Meat processing is advantageous)
Confident managing the QA function in a fast paced environment
