About the Role: My client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Solutions Engineer. You will be working with a dynamic and supportive team that provides Managed Service solutions to large enterprise customers. This role is an opportunity to spearhead a brand-new service, offering Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint security to their clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, and compliance policies. Develop and implement Intune profiles to ensure a secure and productive device environment.
  • Package and deploy software applications using tools such as Microsoft Intune prep tool. Manage app assignments, settings, and updates through Intune.
  • Implement and monitor security policies, including conditional access and compliance settings. Work with the security team to strengthen endpoint protection and respond to security incidents.
  • Manage device lifecycle through Windows Autopilot and deploy OS upgrades, applications, MDM, MAM, and MCM policies.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to support automation of Intune configuration and administration, aiming for a desired state configuration on the Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Provide administration and technical support for devices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
