Your new company This is an exciting new role working within a housing association providing homes across North Yorkshire.
Your new role
Take the lead role in delivering our Neighbourhood Offer.
Take the lead role in the delivery of the Good Neighbourhood Management Policy dealing effectively with reports of low-level neighbour disputes / differences and noise nuisance.
Lead and coordinate where it has been identified that extra support is needed for customers, and work with the appropriate specialist officers to provide necessary support and help as appropriate.
Act as tenants' representative in relation to customer enquiries and take appropriate action.
Work proactively in our neighbourhoods to get a good understanding of residents, communities and our properties, as well as working closely with other agencies.
Take a proactive approach in dealing with planned, cyclical, environmental, and tenancy management issues, keeping customers and partners informed of progress.
Help in the reduction of crime and the fear of crime by developing links with the Community Safety Team, Police and other agencies.
Deliver a programme of regular estate and communal inspections prioritising fire safety assessment follow up work.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
Evidence of achieving performance targets.
Experience of using computer systems, for example Microsoft Office
The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies.
Decisive analytical and interpretation skills.
