Our solutions encapsulate intelligent business logic, utilizing optimization techniques, forecasting, and decision-making algorithms.

The Consulting Manager will guide and oversee the seamless implementation of Invent Analytics solutions for clients. The successful candidate will excel at delivering projects on time and on-budget while fostering high-performing teams.


What You Will Do:

  • Ensure project delivery adhering to company standards.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing consulting team.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new opportunities.
  • Oversee project management to meet quality, time, and budget goals.
  • Provide leadership and expert insights to add value to both internal and external clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support product solution design and implementation.
  • Monitor, guide, and improve team performance.
  • Participate in talent recruitment and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in consultancy with leadership roles.
  • 5+ years in Retail/Planning/Merchandising project or business experience required.
  • BS/MS in industrial engineering or related.
  • Expertise in project management, team leadership, and client collaboration.
  • Experience in SQL, R or Python, is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

  • 6 months: Understand company standards, products, and client needs. Start guiding the
  • team independently, offering technical direction.
  • 12 months: Lead all project deliveries, establish staff excellence programs, and foster

  • Notice period is 2 weeks.

Vacation Plan

PTO limit is 28 Days per year as required by law including bank holidays with max 1-week carry from year to year.
