Electrical Technician

We require an Electrical Technician / Panel Builder to lead the manufacture of control panels for industrial applications at our facility near Maidstone.
The applicant should have a sound understanding in the manufacture and assembly of control panels working with VFD's, 3 phase power sections, ICA sections, incomers and control devices. Control systems are bespoke built for each application which is usually one off project based primarily water control related.
Works will involve assembly of form 2 and form 4 control panels electrically configuring and assembling the internals and then commissioning and testing to operation.
Works will also involve assistance in the design process and optimisation of the control systems making CAD knowledge a distinct advantage.
Once built periodic visits to installations will be required to commission and test on site.
The applicant should have relevant electrical qualifications. ECS card an advantage and relevant experience in the design and build of control systems related to the water or heavy industrial applications.
Salary will be competitive.
