Job Purpose:nThe Portfolio Management Group is a centre of excellence, managing the MBNL Portfolio of change projects and Operational delivery, to achieve the Outcomes of our internal Customers and Shareholders.
This role is responsible for providing support to the Programme and Project community, and helping to ensure that high standards of programme and project management are achieved in an efficient way throughout MBNL.
The role will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMG processes, tools, and governance, to ensure that high standards of programme and project management are achieved in an efficient way throughout MBNL.
What you will do:nMaintenance of the Schedule, Financial forecasting in IFS, actions register and decisions log, RAID log and SharePoint space.nInterpret and respond appropriately to Programme/ Project requirements for support and information.nProactively seek to identify ways to support the project team to ensure successful delivery.
What we are looking for:nExperience of producing project plans, dependencies logs, resource usage across a Project.nKnowledge in risk and issue management.nGood self-management, information presentation and interpersonal communication.nAbility to prioritize and multi-task.nExperience of working in a project environment.nFlexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Nice to have:nProfessional Project management accreditations – P3O / Prince 2 / APMPnKnowledge of financial process finance planning, forecast and project accounting.nTelecoms experience
