Mainstay is currently working with a great client who is looking to recruit for a Facilities Assistant to support the FM team. The role will support Facilities Managers with their day-to-day activities. While also Monitoring, measuring, and reacting to helpdesk tasks.
Duties:
• As a Facilities Assistant you will monitor, measure react and follow up on Helpdesk task
• You will build and maintain robust and effective working relationships with contractors and other 3rd party suppliers
• As a facilities assistant you will act as the local point of contact for external suppliers and consultants and monitor on-site activities.
• Perform monitoring tasks on aspects such as (fire safety, fire risk assessments, asbestos, legionella, and Health & Safety)
• Identify and report building faults via the helpdesk
• Provide and present weekly, monthly/quarterly reports on the services offered andinclude performance against KPI/SLA
• Raise Invoices and work orders
Candidate:
• Good knowledge and experience within the FM industry
• Good IT knowledge e.g., Excel, Word, CAFM
• Good Attention to detail and information-gathering
• Experience of working within a FM helpdesk Enviroment
