Site Based / Office / Remote: This role is predominantly based in Ellesmere Port, with occasional site visits required and up to 2 days per week WFH, upon successful completion of probationary period.

Strong communication skills: must be able to effectively convey complicated problems and solutions to the engineering team and the client, both orally and written.
Attitude: must have a positive and can-do attitude, will be working as part of a tight knit, growing and diverse team.
Confident: must be confident in their ability to overcome a wide range of challenges, and keen to become confident using new and cutting-edge technologies.
Organised: must have an organised approach to project work, including strict revision control and documentation aptitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering collaborative projects on time & in budget
Good commercial awareness, including effective negotiation skills.
Knowledge and experience of the engineering industry.
Project Management /Business Management qualification is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Management of Project including communication with the client / subcontractors: Effective communication to the design team, and the client / subcontractors involved in relation to the following: Project Scope, Project timeline, Client Specifications, Project Budget
Project Reporting: Carry out internal and external reporting including the following: monthly progress reports, Latest Best Estimates for project finances, commercial updates to internal management, invoicing schedule reviews
Liaising with the shared services team: Ensure requests for resource are directed to the appropriate team, with the relevant information - this includes design resource, manufacturing technology centre build time, SAT & FAT requirements, and any other ad hoc requirements.
Project Risks: outline and develop contingency plans as required to ensure that project still completes within schedule.
Secondary Duties:
Process improvement: build a clear image of the existing processes and offer improvements and suggestions.
Delegation of tasks: to Project Coordinators & Project Support Officer
