The RoleAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT Platforms department, focusing on remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms, including hardware from QSC and various other AV suppliers. This cross-functional role requires expertise in networking, programming, the Pulse system, and a strong grasp of Microsoft technologies. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive technical support, ensuring seamless integration of AV technologies, creating and maintaining knowledge articles, and collaborating with business-wide operations across pre-sales, deployment, and service stages. Additionally, you will participate in weekly meetings, engage in mentoring and training activities, and uphold a commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence, particularly in IT and AV certifications such as MS-700 and QSC Levels 1 and 2.
What You'll Need
Proven success in remote technical support, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
MS-700 certification or willingness to obtain it, along with QSC Levels 1 and 2 certifications and other relevant AV certifications.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
