Responsibilities
- To drive safely within the law at all times, with regard to speed limits and other road users.
- To have the ability to conduct vehicle checks, ensuring that it is in roadworthy condition and to record/report any issues found.
- To have due regard for safely, security, and parcel care, during loading, unloading and delivery processes.
- The ability to record your driving daily duties, updating required logs with hours, fuel and mileage.
- You should have a consistent standard of safe and fuel-efficient driving ability and continual awareness.
- You should have knowledge of the Highway Code.
- The ability to follow pre-planned client routes.
- Ensuring the vehicle is parked legally and securely at all times as required.
- Ensure all goods are accounted for and scanned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience for Insurance Purposes
- Full UK or EU Driving Licence
- Less than 6 points on licence
-No DR10 or IN10 endorsements.
- DBS check will be completed
- Drug & Alcohol test will be completed on induction day
- Previous Delivery driver experience - Preferred.
Benefits:

- This is a self-employed position (VAT registration is not compulsory but might be beneficial)
- Paid fortnightly
- Typically, 9-hour days
- Paid training
- ‘Good Driver’ Bonus Scheme
- 20 minute loading all are routes pre-planned in order, they are sequenced and mapped drop to drop.
- No city centres routes
