We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a prestigious static site-based university contract in Shepherds Bush, London.
This is a great role for anyone with commercial mechanical maintenance experience looking for a full-time role within a friendly engineering team.
**PERMANENT POSITION**
**£42,000 PER ANNUM**
+ LOTS OF OVERTIME OPPORTUNTIES – x1.5 & x2

Day to Day Duties
PPMs, Reactives, UPS and AHU, FCU, Pumps, motors and general plumbing maintenance
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative mattersQualifications/Requirements
Minimum Level 2 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing with certificates.
Maintenance skills
Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
Steady and progressive work history
Experienced in work on large scale building services applicationsHours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per weekBenefits
