About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of telesales consultants (lead generation) to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in coaching, training, and supporting your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance scores.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the telesales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Coaching and Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing actions as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals.
Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Team Motivation: Create a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and engagement.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

About you:

Minimum of 12 months of experience in leading a team, ideally in a B2B or telesales/call centre environment, where you have successfully managed and motivated a group of individuals towards achieving common goals.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and maintain a high level of self-motivation to exceed sales targets and meet or exceed performance expectations.
Proven track record of using a consultative and value-driven sales approach to build long-lasting relationships
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen attentively
Genuinely enjoy engaging and building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Capable of approaching customers tactfully, always ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship
Resilient and able to perform under pressure, effectively managing stress and adapting to changing priorities
