Primarily admin (¾)
Simple Paraplanning (¼)
Goal for role
Free up 25% of Paraplanner's time by performing effectively the critical tasks as outlined below.
Critical Tasks
Fact Find & Attitude to Risk & Anti Money Laundering check created each advice case as per system and ahead of when needed by Paraplanner.
Send, chase, fetch and review all Letter of Authority information within 2 weeks.
Complete all delegated actions from Paraplanner & Adviser within 1 day.
Compile & review daily checks by 09:25 each day for Paraplanner sign off.
Assemble Green advice files on Intelligent Office to team standard.
