Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Craft and execute financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior management and investors.
Financial Governance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes.
Investment Analysis and Support:
Conduct financial due diligence for acquisitions.
Evaluate investment opportunities with thorough financial analysis.
Collaborate with the investment team to structure deals.
Financial Controllership for Portfolio Client:
Lead the finance team for accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare the company for potential transactions, including M&A activities.
