We are now looking for a Project Delivery & Framework Lead to take the reins of our Gatwick Airport account. This is your opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a live airport environment, working at the heart of one of the UK’s most important travel hubs. Why This Role Matters You will be the strategic lead for our Gatwick Design Framework, ensuring smooth delivery of current projects while unlocking new opportunities for growth. Working closely with our Aviation Sector Director and a talented multi-disciplinary team, you will help shape the future of airport design and delivery. What You Will Be Doing Leading the Gatwick Framework account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards Building strong, trusted relationships with airport stakeholders and identifying new opportunities for collaboration Supporting the development and execution of our aviation business strategy Coordinating project teams and resources to ensure seamless delivery Acting as the key point of contact for clients, representing BakerHicks with professionalism and insight Leading the preparation of winning bids and tenders, with a sharp focus on value, innovation, and client needs What You Bring A degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or operational discipline Chartered status with a professional body is preferred Significant experience in project delivery within construction or civil engineering, ideally in an aviation setting A strong understanding of design stages across disciplines A proven track record in business development and account management Experience working in the Aviation sector on construction or civil engineering projects a plus otherwise experience working on frameworks for other projects within construction or civil engineering will be required Where You Will Be Based You will be onsite at Gatwick Airport three days a week, with occasional travel to BakerHicks offices as needed.
