CONSTRUCTION QUALITY & GATEWAY RECORDS MANAGER Property Development – Enfield, North London An exciting opportunity to join one of London’s leading residential developers as a Construction Quality & Gateway Records Manager. This role focuses on managing all site documentation, drawings, and QA records in line with the new Building Safety Act (Gateway 3) legislation. You’ll work closely with site and technical teams across London and the South to ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and regulator-ready. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing construction documentation, QA records, and specifications within systems such as Asite, Viewpoint, or BIM 360. Verifying information accuracy and compliance under the Building Safety Act and Golden Thread requirements. Collaborating with site managers, QSs, and technical teams to resolve documentation or quality issues quickly and effectively. Attending site visits across London and the South to review progress and ensure consistent recordkeeping. Reporting on Gateway 3 readiness and supporting the Construction and Technical Directors on compliance audits. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in Site Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Coordination. Confident using digital systems and platforms (Asite or similar). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – collaborative, proactive, and comfortable engaging with all levels of the business. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities. A genuine interest in quality, compliance, and the future of safe construction with a collaborative approach.
