Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and estate duties to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of the client's premises. Key responsibilities include:
Performing daily cleaning tasks in common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of outdoor areas, such as walkways and gardens.
Conducting routine inspections and minor repairs of facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
