Job Duties:
Provide tailored support to Key Stage 2 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress
Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with SEN students
Knowledge of SEN provisions and best practises
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in SEN education
Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
Working Conditions:
This role involves working closely with children and young people with SEN. The work environment may include classrooms, pupils home, and one-on-one tutoring sessions. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules and additional duties as needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
