As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and event requirements.


Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events, ensuring all client specifications are met.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning and execution phases.


Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and contribute to the acquisition of new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients, detailing expenditures and variances.


Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that enhance the quality of our events.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management within the events industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the events industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in using event management software and tools.
