What you’ll be doing:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll collaborate with a close-knit group of dedicated, passionate, and supportive recruitment consultants who excel at blending a strong work ethic with a fun environment. We’re looking for a trainee recruitment consultant who is eager to learn from the experience and expertise of our existing team to achieve success. Duties include:
* Attract and identify candidates using various online platforms
* Register and Interview candidates, ensuring compliance with GDPR
* Manage existing accounts, whilst developing new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Updating our CRM system on a regular basis
What you’ll need:
While experience in recruitment or sales is a significant advantage, it’s not a requirement. We’re looking for candidates with the following essential qualities:

* Great time management abilities
