Grade one listed our building is steeped in history and sits in the peaceful street of South Parade, just steps away from the centre of Bath. The Role: Senior Reservationist / Supervisor based on previous experience
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservationist to join the team. You are often the first person our guests speak to on the phone so it will be your responsibility to set the tone and make a great first impression. You will actively work to aid the Guest Experience, exceed their expectations right from the start. You will be ensuring that reservations are managed, assist with MICE as well as supporting the Front Desk and the Management team. You will need to be IT savvy and be comfortable in an office environment. Much of your role will be autonomous so you will be confident working alone, but you will still need to be able to work as part of a team, supporting the rest of the Front of House team when needed. In a customer focused role, you'll have a passion for customer service and ensuring you offer the best possible deals and packages for our guests.


The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an experienced Reservationist who has a passion for exceeding guest expectations. You will be confident and competent using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Opera, Concerto etc. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both face -to -face and via phone/email, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. It's important that you have an outgoing personality, a flexible approach to working and a strong attention to detail.
