About the Role:
You will work within the Together4Children Partnership, the Regional Adoption Agency for partner Local Authorities. Together, we strive to:
Recruit, Assess, and Support: Leverage our collective resources to identify and support prospective adopters and foster carers across the region.
Improve Matching: Enhance the quality and speed of matching children with families through better planning and a broader selection of adoptive families.
Provide High-Quality Support: Deliver comprehensive support to children and their adoptive families through direct services and effective partnerships.
Ensure Consistent Permanency Support: Offer a unified permanency support service across the region, ensuring every child and family receives the right support at the right time.
Meet Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to all regulatory standards related to adoption, including Non-Agency Adoptions and Intercountry Adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and assess prospective adopters, ensuring thorough evaluations and preparation.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure timely and effective matching of children with adoptive families.
Provide ongoing support to adoptive families, addressing their needs through a range of services.
Contribute to the development and delivery of the regional permanency support offer, ensuring consistency and high standards across the region.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements in relation to adoption, including Non-Agency Adoptions and Intercountry Adoption.
