MIG/TIG Welder required to join a well established engineering business based in the Broadway area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Production Welder that has experience with MIG/TIG welding, working with mainly mild steel.
MIG/TIG Welder Position Overview
MIG/TIG Welding working with typically mild steel ranging from 3mm - 8mm thickness
Working in 2 to 3 man teams to weld large steel
Organise and check kits of parts before proceeding to weld
Fully weld components and remove splatter ready for inspection
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Look for development opportunities
Adhere to procedures & Health and Safety standards
MIG/TIG Welder Position Requirements
Experienced in MIG/TIG welding with the ability to read engineering drawings
NVQ Level 3 in fabrication & Welding / Plating & Welding desirable
Ability to work in a team
Based within a commutable distance of Broadway
MIG/TIG Welder Position Remuneration
Full time - Permanent
Salary - £15.00 per hour (Negotiable after 3 month probation)
Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00
Overtime available
28 days holiday including bank holidays
