Role: Electrical EstimatorSalary: £50 - £60k per annum.Location: West YorkshireThe package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance25 Days Holiday plus bank holidaysThe RoleWe are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an Electrical EstimatorYou will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.Someone one how has previous relationships and is strong at developing leads and new relationships is a must.You will work closely with the Estimating Manager and the business development director to push the business forward.Projects range from £300k up to £8m combined M&E.Sectors include : retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of frame work agreements and long standing relationships with builders.Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
  • 17 th edition or 18 th edition
  • Use of specialist Estimating software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong commercial and business development skills
