ESTATES SURVEYOR - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - 3-MONTH CONTRACT - £450 PER DAY
ARM are currently working with a local council who are responsible for developing and maintaining the local streets of Northamptonshire. They are seeking an Estates Surveyor to join the team on a contract basis.
About You:
To be applicable for this position…
- You will have previous Estate surveying experience within the public sector
- You will have knowledge and understanding of effective, efficient, and economic use of property and accommodation.
- You will have experience engaging with stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
In this position you will be assisting your manager with negotiating rent reviews and calculations, negotiate lease and licence terms, manage lease assignments, licence for alternations, easements, wayleaves, and other general estate management contractual negotiations as directed through to completion. You will also be undertaking site visits to inspect for compliance with lease terms.
This position will be based within Northamptonshire and will be offering hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days per week in the office)
What you can expect in return:
This position will be an initial 3-month contract and will be looking to pay around £450 per day inside IR35.
You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK drivers license.
