This Role is an ongoing fulltime placement opportunity within the fast paced care of the Gastroenterology department. This role would be predominantly based in Harlow, Essex area with the opportunity to work extra shifts across the Trusts’ other sites and any of our partner Trusts.

*Your key responsibilities will be to:*
* Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with vascular diseases, including peripheral arterial disease (PAD), venous disorders, aortic aneurysms, and carotid artery disease.
* Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with vascular conditions, under the supervision and guidance of consultant vascular surgeons
* Assist consultant vascular surgeons in performing a wide range of vascular surgical procedures, including open surgical techniques and endovascular interventions.
* Develop proficiency in surgical techniques, instrumentation, and perioperative management, under the supervision and mentorship of experienced vascular surgeons.
* Participate in surgical ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and operating room sessions to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of vascular surgery practice

* *Location*: Harlow, Essex
* *Days per week:* Monday-Friday
* *Shift pattern:* 9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00
* *Hours per week*: 40-50 hours available per week

* *Rate of pay: *negotiable (depending on experience)
* *Payment method: PAYE *we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies
