We're looking for a Campaign and Planning Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. What you'll be doing: ​​- Lead strategic campaign planning to deliver a consistent narrative across all channels and audiences. - Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using digital, local, paid, and owned media to meet business objectives and ODI targets. - Champion insight-driven communications, using data and audience feedback to refine messaging and maximise impact. - Ensure brand consistency across all content and touchpoints, acting as a guardian of tone, style, and messaging. - Manage and coach a small team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align campaign objectives and deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget. - Monitor and report campaign performance, using analytics to track success and inform future strategies. - Drive innovation in communications, exploring new ideas, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and engagement.​ What does it take to be successful? ​​- Degree-level education (or equivalent experience). - Significant experience in marketing and campaign management. - Proven ability to work strategically across a complex organisation. - Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge constructively. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to deliver creative content and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.​ Inclusion at Anglian Water: ​​Join us and make a difference.
