About the job We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Director to join our office-based Procurement team. Job title: Procurement Director Contract type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Poole Holiday: 30 days paid (inc. bank holidays) What you will be doing Experienced leading a procurement team, ideally in distribution, you will guide, coach and direct your team with enthusiasm, positivity and professionalism in order to achieve goals and targets. Using data to drive decision-making, you will be responsible for the rationalisation of our product range, ensuring all our product data is accurate. With direct responsibility for our fulfilment and category management teams, you will focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring that ordering is in line with customer demand and suppliers deliver OTIF and in line with our operational processes. Tower has a strong commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcing and you will work closely with our ESG function to support delivery of supply chain reporting and auditing.
