Junior Recruitment Consultant

Ritz Recruitment are a small boutique agency and have been operating for over 40 years with offices in London and Manchester we specialise in recruiting a variety of roles within the commercial sector on both temporary and permanent divisions.
We are currently seeking a permanent Junior Consultant to join our busy, well-established and high-performance temps’ team to continue the success and have the opportunity to build, shape your own temps desk and watch it flourish We’ll give you the space to breathe and discover your own individual style.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
Building your own client portfolio and new business
Developing a good understanding of client’s needs, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
Headhunt and approach candidates, identifying if they are available and suitable for any live roles, pre-screening CV’s and creating a shortlist of candidates to produce to clients.
Using job boards and our company’s social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
Meeting with candidates, formatting CV’s, writing profiles on candidates
Correspondence to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
Organising interviews for candidates as requested.
Aiming towards monthly office targets
Person specification:
Have the ability to win new business and skilled at building relationships.
At least 1 year’s Recruitment Consultant experience
Committed to business development on a daily basis.
Be target driven and sales orientated approach.
IT literate including using company database (Adapt is ideal but not essential)
Excellent communication skills
