The company's mission is to promote environmental sustainability through innovative recycling technologies and services, offering a comprehensive range of products, including recycling bins, compactors, and balers, to meet diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage potential customers in the recycling and waste management sectors.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on recycling bins, compactors, and balers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and confidently present and demonstrate these to customers.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the waste management, recycling, or related industries.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with recycling bins, compactors, and balers is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a commitment to meeting client needs.
Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Location: Ability to work from our Loughborough office and travel as required for customer meetings and site visits.
