About the role:nReporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Framework Development Manager will be responsible for developing frameworks, including competency-based standards, self-assessments and learning programmes (curricula), that support the delivery of current and future strategic partnerships between CMI and public sector organisations. The ability to align client and business needs, manage projects, and engage with key public sector stakeholders is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:nDevelop competency-based frameworks (including standards, self-assessment, and learning programmes) that align with existing frameworks to meet client and business needs.nLead on testing and iterations of client frameworks.nSupport the client in the implementation of their frameworks.nWork closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Public Sector Engagement Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timeline and budget.nSupport the Head of Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain strong relationships with key public sector clients.nLead and support development workshops and other engagement activities to foster collaboration and communication between partners and internal teams.nProvide guidance and support to partners regarding the development of frameworks
