The individual must be positive, creative and extremely passionate about providing the best results. The role is varied, exciting and will be working across numerous campaigns, so you will need to be hands-on and able to manage a busy schedule and project plan.

Main qualities of an ideal candidate:

· Enthusiastic, creative and innovative

· Resilient and naturally motivated

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Hands-on approach with flexibility for the business needs.

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.

· Passionate about achieving results.

· Preferably a degree in Marketing (not essential, dependant on experience).

Main responsibilities:

· Supporting the team with all marketing project plans.

· Performing administrative tasks to demonstrate the results of marketing activities.

· Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.

· Produce and publish online content for the website and digital marketing campaigns.

· Contribute to the brand reputation by planning campaigns and effectively responding to customer queries

· Manage workloads in order to meet goals, targets and deadlines.

· Composing and posting online content for the department’s social media page and website.

· Create and drive engaging digital content across all of our platforms.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have experience of:

· Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms. Must have previous experience in Facebook Ads

· Ability to write customer-facing copy.

· Website and Social Media Content.

· Lead generation campaigns.

· Reporting the success of the marketing activities.

· MS Office and marketing software including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.
