Our client, a leading training company in the Mid Kent area, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their expanding training team. Take this opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive environment.

Deliver practical training courses to experienced engineers in small groups
Use your hands on knowledge to provide practical training in line with industry standards
Assist in the development and design of new courses
Keep up-to-date with skills and legislative changes to deliver in-demand training
Enhance your own presentation skills through coaching and training
Communicate technical information effectively to a small audience of 3 to 8 people
Participate in occasional off-site training within the UK, with flexible availability and your own mode of transportDesired Skills:
Demonstrated practical experience in the commercial/industrial Electrical Engineering field
Understanding of factory standards and maintenance fitting experience preferred
Passion for continuous learning and personal development
Exceptional communication skills to engage with trainees effectively
