Maintenance Person

Hales Group are currently seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Person to join our client based in Southwold. You will be working as part of a small team to look after the site, grounds and buildings during the busy summer season initially.
  
Main duties include:
Maintain open spaces, borders and pathways
Cutting back and shaping hedges and shrubs
Using power and hand tools, and other associated equipment
Painting, decorating, basic plumbing and carpentry tasks
Assisting with cleanliness of the overall site
Any other associated duties   
In order to be considered for this role:
Must have your own transport due to the location of the site
Experience professionally or otherwise relating to ground keeping and property maintenance tasks
A team worker approach – assisting in other  areas on the site
Be able to follow instruction and use initiative   
LOCATIONS: Southwold
HOURS: 35 hours per week.  Please note this will include weekend work
PAY: £11.44+ per hour DOE
ROTA: Working 5 days from 7, generally 9am-5pm
DURATION: 6 months
