As a Project Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating impactful projects and collaborating with schools to improve educational access and outcomes. What You'll Do:
Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering high-priority projects, including Talk Matters VRU, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with schools, internal teams, and external partners to deliver outcomes that benefit children and communities.
Process & System Development: Build and maintain efficient project systems-risk registers, issue logs, and reporting tools-to keep things running smoothly.
Research & Reporting: Conduct data analysis, research, and benchmarking to provide critical insights for decision-making. You'll also prepare reports for key boards and governance bodies.
Communication: Assist in crafting presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-ups to keep projects on track.
